Here are some of the common interview questions:

Why did you apply for this position?
You have to explain why you are interested in the organization. If the reason is that the location is significant, then say so. Do not focus on what you will get from the company but also the qualities you will share to them. You could also say that the position is challenging and that it gives you a chance to learn.


What do you have to offer us?
This question should be answered in terms of skills and personal qualities you have that is necessary for the job. You might also refer to your experience in work, academic qualifications or leisure activities or personal qualities.


What do you want from us?
Answer this by talking about your promotion opportunities or about a training, give some idea of long-term career plans. There are may be aspects of the company's work which makes you interested, and you may wish to move into another area of that company later on. The interviewer is probably trying to assess you enthusiasm and ambition.
